When I hit the 3 pm energy drop, I like to eat this bar for not only for the quick dried-fruit jump, but also for the potassium. Don't be taken aback by it's green color. That's just the spirulina (also a good thing for sustained energy, although there's not much in the bar). It's not bad for meal replacement in a pinch, and excellent to take along on a long hike. It has a little bit of a crunch and isn't too chewy. Just right for me.

Love these bars, a little too sweet but not enough that I would give them even 4 stars. I don't want Odwalla to stop making them ever, especially now that The Clif Nectar bar has been tanked. Some may be put off by their looks, but they look green like grass or spinach :) Anyway I love them.
