no msg , no gluten or high fructose corn syrup. It's a raw, organic food, superfood, great for vegans and yogi's. Kids love them because of their sweet chewy/crunchy appeal. They are better than trail mix and I believe it is only 110 kcals. Don't rely on my reollection for the caloric intake of the bar. They are high in protein and satisfy that intense sugar craving that we all get.
