Product Description

FULL BAR -12pk

Each FullBar has just 180 calories or less, which is fewer calories than in a cup of most canned applesauce.

Here's how it works. Simply eat FullBar with an 8-ounce glass of water 30 minutes before your 2 biggest meals of the day. The upper part of your stomach is stretched out and tells your brain: "Stop! I'm full!" That's because FullBar uses the same principles as weight-loss surgery. By meal time, you'll eat less and your hunger will be completely satisfied.

"they hold me over, but i eat the same amount" 2009-11-09
By Mor and Tookie (NY)
They taste fairly good considering they're health-food. The one thing that disappoints me is the lack of crunch when biting into the bars. However, the flavor is good (though not overwhelming).

I've tried these chocolate ones, as well as the peanut butter ones. The chocolate is MUCH better. I find the PB to be a little lacking in the flavor department.

I don't think these really help curb my appetite when it comes to the actual meal. They do hold me over until the meal, but I usually end up eating approximately the same amount anyhow.

By the way, these are NOT meant as meal replacements!

 "THESE WORK FOR ME" 2009-11-07
By John M. Henderson
Tasty enough, made me feel full just as advertised, but when I tried to overeat because the food was so good, I felt uncomfortable and threw up the excess food. That'll teach me to eat only until I'm comfortable. So, yes, I think they do what they're supposed to do, you eat them, they fill you up so you don't overeat, but if you're crazy enough to still overeat, you'll suffer. Lesson learned.

 "Good product" 2009-09-29
By Lisa (WY United States)
The taste is good, better than I expected, and they are big. They are a great alternative to a granola bar, and do make me feel fuller. I found that it took a full half an hour for me to truly feel full though, so I had to plan for that. I'll buy this product again.

 "Overpriced Rice Cakes" 2009-08-20
By M. Jensen (Houston, TX USA)
Albeit a great tasting bar - it is completely useless for its intended function. The bar has absolutely no nutritional value and not only does it not fill me up but actually makes me more hungry. This bar has 13g of sugar and most of it are empty calories. Do yourself a favor and skip this bar in favor of something more nutritious.

"I'm going to give it 5 stars" 2009-06-07

...and I hope that will be appreciated by all. First, the taste is very good for a "thin" recipe that is supposed to help you to lose weight. The main ingredients of soy and wheat are well-combined for a good taste, IMHO. Second, it does what it is supposed to do: surpress appetite by eating a bar with 8 ounces of water before a meal. Third, it is low-calorie and low-fat as advertised. Very few things are these days. Enjoy! It's working for me.
