I'm addicted to this particular bar and the Nutty Butter Crisp is my all time favorite. I use them as a breakfast substitute and whenever I get a craving for a candy bar, I eat a small portion of one of these bars instead. The protein really helps keep your blood sugar levels even. Highly recommend!

During my cutting phase, I have one of these bars in the morning for breakfast. It keeps me satisfied until my post workout meal for lunch. This is a delicious protein bar that also acts to seriously suppress your appetite as well. It will also make you very thirsty, so be ready to gulp down a few extra cups of water in the morning. I must have gone through 20 boxes of these, and as long as you switch up the flavors from time to time, it'll take a few months before you get tired of them. Also, try the yogurt peanut and lemon bar flavors!

For my taste, this this is the best tasting Promax bar flavor, although most are edible. It's 300 calories and provides 20g of protein. Although a bit high in carbs and sugar, calories matter to me more than carbs, so this fits with my eating goals. Not quite a full meal, for me, at 220 lbs, I find it holds me for about 2 hours before I' hungry again, and is sufficient to get my metabolism rolling in the morning, or holds hunger at bay in the evening. This gets 5 stars because it meets all my needs in a nutrition bar.
