Sorry folks!
Just tried one, and I don't understand how other reviewers can rave about the flavor.
It tasted like chalk, all powdery. Tried a second bite, just to make sure. That's where I stopped.
Verdict: inedible!

Only 3.2 points and 10 grams of protein. Great tasting - great breakfast or for eating after dinner when you need something sweet. Very sweet, but lots of flavor.

THIS MEAL BAR IS THE BEST PART OF THE SPECIAL K DIET. I HAVE MINE FOR BREAKFAST WITH BLACK COFFEE.....IT IS SO GOOD.

I hate eating breakfast. The nutritionist wanted me to get protein in the morning. These have enough protein that they are good enough to be breakfast. They taste great!

Product arrives promtly and love having it auto ordered. Problem is the bars are not that fresh. Not as fresh as when purchased in the local stores. Not too bad but I am cancelling this because of the freshness issue.
