"DID NOT MAKE ME FULL" 2009-11-13
By Shirley A. Deargraves (USA)
FULL BAR did not work for me. I have not lost any weight. Do not waste your money on this product.

Go out and buy SOUTH BEACH protein bars OR SPECIAL K bars it will give you the same affect.

Trust me I've tried them all.

 "good but..." 2009-11-09
By Mor and Tookie (NY)
these taste fairly good (for a health-bar) but i can't say that i love them.

first of all, i've had these and the cocoa chip ones and those have much more flavor. i prefer the chocolate ones to these. both bars are good though - i am not disgusted or anything when i eat them. my one qualm is that i wish they had more of a crunch.

as far as filling me up, i don't think they do that too well. they will hold me over for an hour or two until lunch though so that's good. but i don't find myself eating any less.

 "Squirrel's love 'em!" 2009-11-01
By J. Weber (Chicago, IL)
Make no mistake, this is a candy bar masquarading as a nutrition bar. With whopping 9 grams of sugar ( 45 calories ) almost 1/3 of the calories in total, you'll have a much more pleasant experience having a small candy bar. I found the taste and texture so awful I had to spit it out. To the delight of my squirrel friends, I tossed the rest of the bar outside where they promptly gobbled it up. This is a gimmick created by this Dr. for cash purposes. If he's such a great diet Dr., why doesn't he recommend you eat plain nuts? An apple? A yogurt? There is nothing magical about this bar - eat ANYTHING that contains 170 calories with a glass of water a half hour before your meal and you'll probably be just as full.

 "Tasty snackin'" 2009-10-13
By Joanne (NY USA)
I've been buying fullbars at a local discount drug store but each costs as much as three or four candy bars. fullbars are delicious but contain no miracle elixir so I'm glad to find them on Amazon significantly less expensive.

The chocolate chip bars consist of puff cereal morsels bound together by chewy goodness and cocoa chips. I absolutely love them. They're a little less than half the calories of a chocolate bar but take at least twice as long to eat. And, yes, they're filling.

These are great snacks because they help control hunger between meals, are low in calories and add a little fiber to the diet.

"They work if you use them right!" 2009-09-09

The apple is good, and I like the other fruit flavors too.

But I ended up using them all in the variety pack. And these really work, if you use them right. I carry one in my purse, and follow the directions. I think the people that say it doesn't fill them up are not actually drinking water like the directions tell you to do.

I usually take 16 ounces of water (a water bottle) and drink the whole thing with the fullbar.

It's not a super-fast way to lose, but I hate diet pills because they make me feel so jittery and make me sick to my stomach. I lost 6 pounds in one month. And they help with your regularity, because of all the fiber and water. That's pretty good for me. I'm happy with the result.
